By accessing or using ZHT, you represent that you have legal capacity and agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

ZHT is a platform for creating, editing, publishing, and hosting websites with the help of artificial intelligence. Each site receives a free subdomain (yoursite.zht.app) and, depending on the plan, can connect a custom domain.

To use the service, you create an account and confirm your email. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activities carried out under your account.

The information you provide must be true and up to date.

Paid plans are processed by Kiwify and renew automatically according to the contracted billing period, until cancellation.

You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. Refunds follow the applicable legislation, including the 7-day right of withdrawal provided for in the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor) for distance contracts.

You agree not to use the platform for illegal purposes or to publish content that violates the rights of third parties, spreads spam, malware, hate speech, misleading content, or that breaks the law.

You are solely responsible for the content you create and publish on your sites.

You retain ownership of the content you publish. By using the service, you grant ZHT a limited license to host, process, and display that content for the purpose of operating the platform.

The platform, the software, the brand, and the templates are the property of ZHT or its licensors.

When connecting a custom domain, you represent that you are the owner or are authorized to use it. The registration and maintenance of the domain are your responsibility.

We strive to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or due to factors beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZHT is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or loss of data arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Termination may result in the removal of the associated sites and data, subject to legal time frames.

We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be communicated through the platform, and continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the consumer's domicile are designated to resolve any disputes, in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor).
